What I suspect is that they contacted Vult-r and informed him about this, and Vult-r probably talked with them and decided to Release the Forums.

Sorry Azy I dont think any emails prompted any actions. You received standard automated responses. No one ever opened or read your emails. What possessed you to want the forums back anyway?

He said i have to contact Vult-r..i didnt do it because obviously he woudnt answer.

You had no role in the forums returning.
Just let it drop Azy- Layered Tech would only ever contact Vult if they weren't getting paid. One day when you finish school and enter the real world of work you will see how things work.
